Terms and conditons

This photo/video release and waiver of liability applies to all activities related to the 2026 FM Chinese New Year Festival organized by the United Chinese Americans Fargo-Moorhead (UCAFM), including practices, rehearsals and the New Year's day event.

Photo/Video Release:
1. I hereby authorize UCAFM to publish the photographs and videos taken of me, and everyone I registered on behalf of, for use in UCAFM’s printed publications or online materials.

2. I release UCAFM from any expectation of privacy and attest that I have the authority to authorize UCAFM to use our photographs and videos.

3. I acknowledge that since participation in any publications or online materials produced by UCAFM is voluntary, neither I nor anyone I registered on behalf of will receive financial compensation.

4. I further agree that participation in any publications or online materials produced by UCAFM confers no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release UCAFM, its officers and its volunteers from liability for any claims by me, and everyone I registered on behalf of, or any third party in connection with my participation.

Waiver of Liability:
1. I fully understand that the events organized by UCAFM may involve risks and bodily injury, and I fully accept all risks and responsibility for losses as a result of participation in the events.

2. I waive all medical liability for myself, and everyone I registered on behalf of, or any third party in connection with my participation, during all activities related to the 2026 FM Chinese New Year Festival hosted by UCAFM.
